Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alterative remedy available under law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail alternative remedy available under law. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
