THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1054 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the recruitment process is not yet completed and it will take another two months to complete. He further submits that the case of the petitioner will be considered and the order dated 26.03.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4002 of 2019 will be complied with. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew the Contempt Case by moving appropriate application, if she is aggrieved. It is made clear that the respondents shall comply with the order passed by this Court in another three months from today. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
