Anjani Reddy, advocate, M/s Indus Law Firm, representing the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 20.08.2019 to the Registrar (Judicial) to withdraw the writ petition, stating that the issue involved in the petition has been settled partially, however, seeks liberty to approach appropriate forum for the balance relief therein.

Granting liberty to avail remedies available, in accordance with law, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
