Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. During the course of arguments it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner filed WP.No.23608 of 2007 challenging the very notification inviting applications for appointment of dealers which include Betamcherla Mandal. The said Writ Petition has been dismissed by this Court on 16.4.2018.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought in the present Writ Petition in the form of issuing letter of intent does not survive. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
