THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7618 OF 2016 O R D E R :

In this Writ Petition, petitioner has challenged the inaction of the respondents 1 to 3 in mutating his name in the revenue records in respect of the land belonging to him and not issuing Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed for the said land.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that if the petitioner makes application to the 3rd respondent in Form 6A of the A.P. Rights in lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971(for short 'the Act'), the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's application and pass orders thereon.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit application afresh in Form 6 of the Act to the 3rd respondent and if such an application is made, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders thereon. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
