THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9716 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by accused No.1, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.32 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chinturu Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the case as early as possible. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that after completion of the investigation, the Investigating Agency laid the charge sheet, which was taken on file by the trial Court and numbered as S.C.No.182 of 2017. He further submitted that the case is posted to 23.10.2017 for examination of the accused. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of S.C.No.182 of 2017, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
