07.03.2022 LK,J I.A.No. 1 of 2022 This Application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court.

Vide order dated 30.11.2021 while granting bail, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer on every Sunday between 10.00 and 11.00 A.M. till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of New Delhi and it is very difficult for him to travel to Hyderabad on every Sunday because of his health. He submits that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the investigation, hence, the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is accused in other cases, however, he does not dispute the fact that he is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, condition No.2 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the police whenever his presence is required. The police shall issue advance notice to the petitioner in this regard.

The Application is ordered accordingly.
