This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 16.08.2011, passed in Interlocutory Application No.1026 of 2011 in Original Suit No.49 of 2009 by the Family Court - cum- IV Additional District and Sessions Judge at Vijayawada, whereunder the petition filed under Order VIII Rule 1-A CPC to receive documents, was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the main suit was disposed of on 19.06.2013 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
