This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ Decree Holder, seeking a direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge at Gadwal, to dispose of E.P.No.74 of 2017 in O.S.No.50 of 2016 pending on its file, expeditiously.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ Decree Holder would submit that though E.P.No.74 of 2017 in O.S.No.50 of 2016 is filed before the learned Senior Civil Judge at Gadwal, the said Execution Petition is being adjourned from time to time. There is no substantial progress in the matter and ultimately prayed to direct the Court below to dispose of the said Execution Petition expeditiously.

As per the material placed on record, E.P.No.74 of 2017 in O.S.No.50 of 2016 is filed before the Court below on 26.10.2017. Much time has been passed. Under these circumstances, the learned Senior Civil Judge at Gadwal is directed to dispose of E.P.No.74 of 2017 in O.S.No.50 of 2016 pending on its file, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 2 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
