HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.837 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 14.07.2016 in W.P.No.22512 of 2016 wherein this Court directed the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 27.11.2015. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced endorsement dated 22.10.2016 stating that petitioner's application was considered and rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as on today, the said endorsement was not communicated to the petitioner. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the respondent authorities are directed to communicate the endorsement dated 22.10.2016 to the petitioner, if not already communicated and it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said endorsement. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
