2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in spite of the memo issued by the Tahsildar dated 07.05.2015 in file No.B/5027/15 directing the Village Revenue Officer, respondent No.4, to examine petitioner's request for incorporation of his name in the revenue record in terms of the sale deed obtained by him being document No.5134/2004 dated 18.10.2014, no action is being taken by respondent No.4.

Instructions of the learned Government pleader, however, show that petitioner's application, dated 16.03.2015, for implementation of his name was verified by the Village Revenue Officer after conducting enquiry and as per instructions of the Tahsildar, the VRO has implemented the name of the petitioner in the revenue records viz., Pahani of Ramanjapur Village, Shamshabad Mandal. Copy of the pahani for the year 2014 is also produced by the learned government pleader.
4. In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks grant of pattadar passbook and title deed. It is, however, for the petitioner to make appropriate application as per Rules.
