THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5610 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order in I.A. No.699 of 2012 in O.S. No.500 of 2012 dated 05.10.2012 passed by the III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The petitioner herein filed I.A. No.699 of 2012 under Order 14 Rule 5 read with Section 151 of C.P.C to frame additional issues and the Court below dismissed the said petition. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision is filed.

Now, it is informed by Junior Civil Judge's Court, Hyderabad that O.S. No. 500 of 2012 was disposed of on 03.02.2014. Hence, in view of the disposal of the main suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
