JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal arises out of common order, dated 11.03.2016, in Writ Petition No.31522 of 2015 and batch, whereby a learned Single Judge has allowed all the Writ Petitions and directed the appellants to regularise the services of all the writ petitioners including respondent Nos.1 to 7 herein in the posts of Field Operators with effect from 07-07-2008, i.e., the date on which they were engaged as such, after selection through an open and direct recruitment process, with all consequential benefits.

At the hearing, Mr. E.Manohar, learned senior

counsel appearing for the appellants, has submitted, and the same has not been disputed by Mr. P.Rama Mohan, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 7, that a Division Bench of this Court has allowed Writ Appeal No.530 of 2016 and batch, arising out of the common order, which is impugned in this Writ Appeal, on 14.07.2016, set aside the orders impugned therein and remanded the cases to the learned single Judge for fresh disposal.

In the light of the above and following the aforesaid judgment in WA.No.530 of 2016 and batch, this Writ Appeal is also allowed and the order under challenge is set aside with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order and the matter is, accordingly, remanded to the learned Single Judge for fresh disposal.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP.Nos.1627 and 1628 of 2016, filed by the appellants for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
