THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.8732 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition may be disposed of, as her clients are willing to give hearing to the petitioners and consider their objections.

Therefore, we direct the Deputy Commissioner concerned to consider the

petitioners' objections after serving appropriate notice of hearing, and pass a speaking order. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of communication of this order. Till such decision is taken, no coercive measures shall be taken. In the event, in spite of service of notice the petitioners do not turn up, this order will stand recalled and the issue will be a closed chapter. After passing of order by the Deputy Commissioner, the parties are at liberty to take action in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
