Govind Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that during pendency of this appeal, the respondent got admission for M.B.B.S. course and, therefore, nothing further survives in the appeal.
Sri K. Suresh Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, also submits that in view of the subsequent development, nothing further survives in the appeal.
