This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.515 of 2017 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, R.R.District, wherein cognizance was taken for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 448, 427, 341, 504, 505 and 506 r/w 34 IPC.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner wanted to file an application for discharge in accordance with law. 3.

Granting such liberty, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
