Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioners filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer against 13-B certificate issued in favour of two persons impleaded in the appeal under Section 5-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. The limited grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that the said appeal is yet to be disposed of. In proof of the claim that appeal was filed, notice No.D/6130/2015, dated _.05.2015 fixing the date of hearing as 25.07.2015 is filed.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, as it is alleged that appeal filed by the petitioners is not disposed of so far, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Warangal Urban District, the 3rd respondent, is directed to dispose of the appeal by affording due opportunity to the appellants in the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the parties before the appellate authority are entitled to place their defence. 4.
