Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing the sale notices, dated 16.10.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

On instructions, it is submitted by Sri S. Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, that pursuant to the sale notices, dated 16.10.2015, no bids are received and as such, further steps have to be taken in the matter. As no bids are received in response to the impugned sale notices, the subject matter of this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if any fresh sale notice is issued, petitioners are at liberty to come up with fresh petition. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
