As there was no representation for the appellants on 22.07.2016 and 27.08.2016, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter today under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the appellants. It indicates that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. However, the learned counsel for the sole respondent is present.

The Second Appeal is accordingly dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this appeal shall also stand dismissed.
