HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 20964 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in JEE (Advanced) exam under S.T.Category and finalize the selection by declaring the action of the respondent in not issuing the caste certificate in proforma prescribed by JEE (Advanced) information broacher and removing the petitioner's community, nativity and date of birth information from MEE SEVA website as illegal and arbitrary. 2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (AP) produced the copy of the Caste certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Proddatur. He submits that in view of the above, no further orders are required.
