Learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri K. Chidambaram, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Petition, inasmuch as a charge sheet has been filed and the same was numbered as C.C. No. 649 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Visakhapatnam and it is posted for trial on 23.07.2015.

In that view of the matter, permission is accorded and this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
