The writ petition is filed for declaring the action of the 2nd respondent Municipality threatening to demolish the petitioner structures bearing D.No.8-1545, Hindupur Road (Main Bazaar), Kalyandurg, Ananthapuram District without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent Municipality not to demolish the petitioner's structures.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Kuncham Maheswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that in similar circumstances this

court passed similar orders in W.P.No.5581 of 2015 on 06-03-2015, and the subject matter of the present writ petition is similar and identical to that of said writ petition, which is not disputed or denied by Sri M.D. Saleem, learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent-Municipality.

3. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in W.P.No.5581 of 2015 and following the said order, the writ petition is disposed in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.
