CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 16956 OF 2016 O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge the petitioner/A-3 on bail in Crime No. 101 of 2016 of Buttaigudem Police Station, West Godavari district, registered for the offences under section 324, 323, 365, 302, 201 read with section 34 and 109 IPC and section 3 [2] [v] of SCs/STs [Prevention of Atrocities] Act, 1989.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/A3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.
3. For the similar relief, the petitioner/A-3 filed earlier Criminal Petition No. 16389 of 2016 seeking to grant bail in the event of his arrest in in Crime No. 101 of 2016 of Buttaigudem Police Station, West Godavari district, registered for the offences under section 324, 323, 365, 302, 201 read with section 34 and 109 IPC and section 3 [2] [v] of SCs/STs [Prevention of Atrocities]
Act, 1989 and the same was dismissed vide orders dated 29/11/2016. There is no change of circumstances since then. This petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
