HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30769 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct investigation through any independent Government Investigating Agency or any other competent officer under their supervision by deleting the respondents 3 and 7 from any role in the investigation in FIR No.211 of 2014, dated 03.09.2014 on the file of 3rd respondent and prosecute offenders for appropriate penal provisions of law."

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that pursuant to registration of FIR.No.211 of 2014, investigation taken up was completed and a final report was filed on 07.02.2018 in the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Ongole, and the same has been numbered as PRC.No.8 of 2018.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are required in the writ petition.
