This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.5 in interfering with the day-to-day business of the petitioner and also interfering with the civil disputes pending in relation to his landed property covered by Survey No.103/11 admeasuring Acs.16.30 guntas situated at Bandlaguda Khalsa Village, Bandlaguda Mandal, Hyderabad District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court written instructions, dated 07.8.2019, wherein it is inter alia stated that as many as ten crimes were registered against the petitioner and in all cases, charge sheets were filed and the trial is pending and that, recently, Crime No.180 of 2019 is registered against the petitioner and in that connection, he was sent to judicial remand and later, he was released on bail. The allegation regarding the summoning of the petitioner to Police Station with a view to foist false cases against him is denied. In view of the aforesaid facts stated in the written instructions, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him against registration of crimes against him. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
