Though the matter is listed today under the caption "For Orders", there is no representation for both sides. On earlier occasions also, there was no representation on behalf of both sides. It appears, the parties have no interest to pursue the matter.

Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. Interim order granted on 18.12.2000 in C.M.P. No.23909 of 2000 stands vacated and Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
