THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.1153 of 2018 ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 01.06.2017, in W.P.No.27296 of 2007. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Co-operation (Telangana) appearing for the respondents would submit that after the contempt case has been filed, the order of this Court, which is the subject matter of the contempt case, has been complied with and that the necessary amounts towards retirement benefits are duly paid to the petitioner towards full satisfaction and that the petitioner has furnished an acknowledgment and that, on 26.11.2018, a copy of the acknowledgement is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner and that one more copy of the acknowledgement is placed on record and that, therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in the contempt case.

The said submission is endorsed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Though there is some delay in compliance of the orders of this Court, having regard to the facts and submissions, this Court is not inclined to take serious view of the matter, as the conduct resulting in delay does not appear to be contumacious.

In the result, the Contempt Case is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in MSRM, J C.C.No.1153 of 2018 the light of this final order.
