After arguing for some time, the counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to question the cancellation order of his authorization as a Fair Price Shop dealer as and when it is done by respondents.

2. Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
