This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C challenging the order dated 17.03.2009 passed in M.C.No.162 of 2008 on the file of the Family Court, Guntur.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of the present Revision Case has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
