THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.26096 of 2009 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Petitioner complains against inaction of the respondents in providing employment to him on compassionate grounds as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
3. On 02.12.2009, this Court passed the following interim order: "Notice before admission.
If any representation, filed by the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds, is pending before the third respondentsociety, the third respondent society shall consider the same and take appropriate decision thereon.
On 16.12.2009, this court passed further interim order: "Notice.
The interim direction dated 02.12.2009 shall continue."
4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 16.12.2009, no further order is necessary.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
