In view of settlement of the dispute by way of compromise, Ms. K. Balamani, Advocate, representing Sri P. Shashi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted by this Court on 13.02.2017 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs. 3.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
