Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a letter dated 17.03.2020, in the Registry stating that the subject matter between the parties to the litigation has been settled and hence the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition. The said letter is placed on record. 2.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this C.R.P shall stand closed.
