HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.16412 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 5th respondent in registering the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2017.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that basing on the complaint submitted by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.96 of 2017 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 448, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC and the same is under investigation.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
