HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1408 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the stage of admission, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR and the investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to grant quashment of proceedings. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that even if the allegations were to be true, they disclose only a civil dispute, the Police of Humayunnagar Police Station, Hyderabad are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., during the course of investigation and the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
