O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the impugned endorsement vide No.Ref:B/120/2016 dated 17.03.2016 issued by the 5th respondent in rejecting the application of the petitioner for mutation and issuance of pattadar passs books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-31 cents in R.S.No.514 and 515 situated at Samarlakota Village and Mandal, East Godavari District by virtue of registered sale deed document No.3144 of 2014 dated 28.07.2014, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that against the impugned endorsement, an appeal lies and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the impugned endorsement by availing the alternative remedy available under law. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
