THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16649 of 2019 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent issued proceedings No.52Q/41411-1019, dated 06.06.2019, directing the 3rd respondent-Station Bank of India, Tank Bund Branch, Hyderabad, to attach the bank account of the petitioner for an amount of Rs.6,17,887/- on account of ESI contribution. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasham Srinivasulu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.
Learned Standing Counsel produced a copy of the order, dated 19.06.2015, under Section 45-A of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948, (for short, 'the Act') and stated that without exhausting alternate remedy of appeal provided under Section 45-AA of the Act, the petitioner straightaway filed the present writ petition. 4.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order granted on 06.08.2019 is extended for a period of four weeks, enabling the petitioner to challenge the impugned order by way of an appeal, in accordance with law. If the petitioner does not obtain any order within the above said period, the respondents shall take action in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
