When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the parties submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13164 of 2019 dated 03.12.2019 and contended that the present writ petitions also be disposed of in terms of the above said order. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.12.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13164 of 2019, these writ petitions are also disposed of directing the respondent authorities to determine the compensation in respect of the lands of the petitioners under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 keeping in view of the guidelines of the Central Government dated 15.10.

2015 and advise rendered by Telangana State Regulatory Commission to the Telangana State Government under Section 86 (2) of the Electricity Act, 2003, while awarding compensation.
