Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the standing counsel.
2. The petitioner prays for amendment of prayer in WP.No. 35849 of 2012 through the proposed amendment. The petitioner seeks inclusion of subsequent steps initiated and communicated through notification dated 11/07/2013.
3. Having regard to the nature of amendment, the prayer for amendment is ordered.

Having regard to the subsequent developments in the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests the court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedies, if a cause arises in this behalf and assail proceedings which he feels aggrieved.

3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
