At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Criminal Petition. To the said effect the learned counsel addressed a letter to the Registry.

Permission is accorded and the Transfer Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
3.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
