Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is being disposed of by this order at the stage of admission.

Petitioner alleges that she purchased land to an extent of Acs.10.70 cents in Survey No.371/3 of Koduru Village, Chilamattur Mandal, Anantapur District. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that even though she presented the document on due compliance of the requirements and the same was received by the registering authorities on 16.02.2018 and was assigned pending document No.48 of 2018, so far the same is not processed for registration and no intimation is given to the petitioner for not processing the same for registration.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Sub-Registrar, Chilamattur, Anantapur District, the 4th respondent, is directed to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner and if the same is otherwise in order, register and release the same to the petitioner. If the document cannot be registered for any reason, he shall furnish due reasons for refusal of the document for registration.
The entire exercise shall be completed and appropriate decision shall be communicated to the petitioner
within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
