This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.21.01.2013 in I.A.No.434 of 2011 in O.S.No.64 of 2003 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nuzvid,Krishna District in an application filed under Order VI Rule 17 r/ w section 151 CPC. But, no interim stay was granted by this Court. However, the suit itself was disposed of on 17.08.2015 as per the information collected by the registry. Therefore, the revision petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
