HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37146 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the registration of FIR No.201 of 2016 on the file of Wyra Police Station, Wyra, Khammam District for the offence under Sections 306 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The 1st petitioner and the deceased are sisters. The allegation is that the 1st petitioner herein aggrieved over the appointment of the deceased on compassion grounds compelled the deceased to pay Rs.15 lakhs or half of her salary to the 1st petitioner and other petitioners and they also sought for information about the job particulars of the deceased through Right to Information Act. Aggrieved over the same, the deceased committed suicide.

The grievance of the petitioners is that vague allegations were made against them and the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged. 5.

The petitioners filed this writ petition challenging the investigation in the above crime. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation. However, taking into consideration the circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the investigation can be completed without arresting the petitioners.

Accordingly, respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in the above Crime, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
