Though the matter is listed from 2012 onwards, there is no representation for the petitioner. Even when the matter is listed on 11.06.2015 and when there is no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The attitude of the petitioner shows that she is not evincing any interest in pursuing the case.
