HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 32077 of 2012 Order:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the official respondents in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of vacant plot admeasuring 200 sq. yards, situated in NTS No.804/2 in Block Nos.2, 19, Revenue Ward No.9, Sikhamani Centre, Badavapet, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

2. Notice before admission was ordered on 19.10.2012, but no counter affidavit is filed by any one of the respondents so far. However, when the matter is taken up for admission today, learned counsel who filed the writ petition submitted that he gave up his vakalat long back. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, in the circumstances, no costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
