Heard. With the consent of both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension passed by the District Collector, Mancherial, on 06.12.2016. Against the order of District Collector, an appeal shall lie to the next higher authority under Rule 32 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991. Without availing the remedy of appeal, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Since petitioner has an effective and efficacious remedy by way of appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal, Writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
