This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to absorb the petitioner on regular basis as Sweeper.

This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim direction on 2.9.2002 directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the recommendations made by the second respondent, vide proceedings dated 16.5.2001, within a period of six weeks.
