This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 and 439 Criminal Procedure Code to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.2216 of 2022 on the file of Rajendra Nagar Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-D of Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of Information Technology Act.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the de facto complainant has filed two complaints, one before the Kamatipura Police Station, which was registered as Crime No.38 of 2022, and also the present one. The allegations are one and the same regarding improper conduct of the petitioner pertaining to his daughter. This

Court vide orders dated 28.4.2022 in Criminal Petition No.3312 of 2022 granted bail to this petitioner, as such the petitioner can be released on bail.

The Criminal Petition, accordingly, allowed. The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Kuktapally.
