THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.818 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 26.04.2016 passed in W.P.No.14165 of 2016. By the said order, the authority concerned was directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.01.2016 and 08.02.2016 and take appropriate action in the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to all parties. Sri K.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent, would inform this Court that in compliance with the aforestated order, the Commissioner, Vikarabad Municipality, issued a notice and having given due opportunity of hearing, he opined that there was no construction undertaken warranting any action being taken. An intimation to this effect was given to the petitioner on 15.06.2017. A copy of the same is placed on record. In the light of the aforestated facts, this Court finds no evidence of disobedience, much less willful disobedience, warranting exercise of contempt jurisdiction.
