This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.594 of 2015 on the file of Police Station Chaderghat, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that that the Police have already filed charge sheet and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Cr.No.594 of 2015 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
