THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 6507 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in calling the petitioner and his family members to the police station for resolving the civil disputes with regard to the Insolvency Petition filed by him. Respondent No.4 filed a counter-affidavit stating that they are not aware of the pendency of the Insolvency Petition and no one has filed complaint against the petitioner. Respondent No.4 specifically denied the averment that the petitioner and his family members were called to the police station and they were threatened. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. However, it is open to the respondents to investigate the matter, in case any complaint is lodged against the petitioner.
